Account Creation: To access Proplab FX’s services, you must complete the registration process on our website. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation for identity verification.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Proplab FX’s services. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria, including legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Evaluation Plans: Proplab FX offers various evaluation plans where traders can participate in a simulated environment to prove their skills. The specifics of each plan, including capital allocation, profit-sharing, target goals, and risk limits, are outlined in the respective plan details.
KYC Requirements: You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documentation required by Proplab FX. Failure to comply with KYC requirements will result in the inability to access a funded account.
Account Funding: After passing the evaluation and completing the KYC process, traders may be allocated a funded account with Proplab FX. You are entitled to a share of the profits based on the plan you have chosen, and Proplab FX reserves the right to withhold profits if the terms of the agreement are violated.
Risk Management: You are required to adhere to strict risk management protocols, including daily loss limits, maximum drawdown limits, and position size limits. Exceeding these limits may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activity, market manipulation, insider trading, fraud, or unethical behavior. Proplab FX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any such activity is detected.
Platform Usage: You are required to use the Proplab FX platform responsibly and must not engage in any activities that might disrupt the platform’s performance or security.
Profit Share: As part of the trading evaluation and funded account agreements, you will receive a percentage of the profits generated by your trading activities, in accordance with the plan you are enrolled in. Profit share percentages vary by plan and are explicitly stated when you register.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are made on a scheduled basis, typically monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your profit share and performance. Payouts are subject to verification and the completion of KYC processes.
Withdrawal Conditions: You must maintain the minimum required balance and comply with all performance rules in order to withdraw funds from your account.
Suspension: Proplab FX reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms of Service, failure to adhere to risk management limits, or suspected fraudulent activities.
Termination: Proplab FX has the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any remaining balances will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to further payouts.
No Guarantee of Profit: You acknowledge that trading involves significant risk, and there is no guarantee that you will make a profit. Proplab FX is not responsible for any losses that you incur while using our platform or participating in any trading programs.
Liability Limit: Proplab FX’s liability is limited to the registration fee you paid for the evaluation program. In no event will Proplab FX be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.
Security Measures: Proplab FX employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and trading data. However, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable, and Proplab FX cannot guarantee complete protection against data breaches or unauthorized access.
Data Usage: By registering for our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your data for account management, marketing, and other purposes as described in the policy.
Proplab FX reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Proplab FX website, and by continuing to use the services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. We recommend that you review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
